Hi Hagan,

Car is coming up to its 5th service and 3rd MOT at the end of the month and been faultless

I'm sure if you've been trying to source parts for your GE6, then its few and far between.

What I've done is paid the premium to get everything from Overseas apart from a few parts from the UK.

Heres my list:

Eibach springs (Local motorsport garage)
Rep J's Racing front spoiler (Solomon Brothers- Singapore)
J's Racing oil and rad cap (Sumo Power- UK)
J's Racing front strut ( Touge Distribution- UK - suppliers of import goods)
Bride RO rails (Touge Distribution- UK - suppliers of import goods)
Evo Recaros (MLR forum)
K&N filter (POTN- UK)
Enkei NT03 ( Civicinfo forum)
Sports pedals (partscheap.com- US website)
Red H badges (decal dude from the forum)
Mugen bodykit (my local Honda dealer!)
Spoon N1 (Hendy- UK car dealership)
Rep Mugen wing (Speedline.com- ebay/Taiwan?)
Buddyclub short shifter (SPD- ebay/UK)
Wedsport TC005 (same lad i bought the NT03)
Various gear knobs (forums)
Spoon shorty antenna (Spoon Sport Europe- ebay/UK)
Value caps ( Injection Imports0 suppliers of import goods)
Cusco rear ARB ( Injection Imports0 suppliers of import goods)

And thats about it.

I've also just ordered a Electric Throttle Controller that I've read about on the forum from member TWSPanson so will get that in March as I've asked Panson to ship it to my friend in the US to save me on the shipping and Custom charges.

Give me a shout if you need any help and pointers

Theres actually a small group of Jazz modders and we have a Whats App group chat going. Theres about 10 of us in that group but I'm the only one with a modded GE6 so drop me a PM if you want to be added to the group.

You have done a great job on modding a Jazz as it is hard to find parts in the UK unless you want to import.

Yours has been an inspiration to me actually as it's only GD's that I see in the Honda crowd.

Still waiting to sell my car so I can buy and start modding a GE, have the facelift Mugen kit waiting to go on 😊

Also have a genuine Mugen spoiler from that kit that I may sell if any UK members are interested.

5th service and 3rd MOT carried out by my local honda dealer completed yesterday- happy to state that it flew past with no problems whatsoever 8)

As above, while they had the car, i asked them to install the Cusco rear arb

Not the best pics but should get an idea

Had the 5 year service plan when i first got the car so all i had to pay was £35 for the MOT- they didnt charge me for fitting the ARB which was very nice of them!

Time for an update methinks ;D

I never intended to carry on modding mine as i thought its pretty much done but I still thought the arch gap was too much and wanted another 2-3cm drop. As I had already had Eibach springs, the only other option was getting coilovers and I'd been pretty much put off getting coils as i had them on my EP3 and didnt like them at all.

Anyways, theres a some number of us Jazz modders in this Whatsapp group (pm me if you want to join and i can add you into the group) and finally gave in and bought a set

That's pretty interesting. So that means the JDM grille should fit our US models. Good to know! Love the color of your fit.

Nice looking GE you got here Gary. This is actually the first time I have looked at this thread since the very first time you put it up. I think it is outcast in this area versus being in the GE photo and video section.

Might want to ask Waiz or another mod to move it to that section. Might give it some more exposure. Really liking the Weds.

Thanks for the comments guys!!

The USDM GE8 grill is only being held by 3M tape along the bottom edge and the bumper as the UKDM bonnet doesnt have that extra bonnet bar that you guys have in the US where the top of the grill would usually be bolted to.

I've also recently installed the Spoon Rigid Collars but no pics

Moved your thread for you Gary!

+1 that it needs more exposure, this is a good build

I love that front lip. That's the only nice lip I've seen for a non sport model. Do you know if the place you got it from does reps for usdm models?

I bought it from Solomon Brothers in Singapore but not sure if they are still trading as their website no longer exist.

The lip is just a replica of the J's Racing front lip spoiler for the GE8.

Back in 2009 when i first bought the car, there was nothing in the market for the GE6 and Solomon Brothers were the only people i've found that did any aftermarket lip for the GE6 so i just got it from them.

Sorry cant be of any further assistance
