i know a few FiT owners have replaced the rear badge emblem located on the tailgate and wanted to find out how do you go about removing it and is there holes thru the body if taken off?
yes, you can remove it, theres a thread in the styling section dedicated to this, but what I did was look up through the hatch handle, and you will see 2 stubs sticking out, so I took an awl with a curve on the end of it and hooked it over them and pulled them til they broke off, then the emblem will free up. And yes there will be 2 holes on the tailgate if you do this.
I think the holes Yeamans17 is talking about is from the 'H' on the back, I don't know if you wanted to take off that or the "Fit". I took off my Fit emblem, which just takes some dental floss and goo gone.

a hair dryer would help with that too, the warmer the tape the easier it'll come off

How do u like the rear os your car with the Fit emblems off? I was thinking of debadging mine and leaving jsut the H but i feel it might look to plain back there

I think it looks stupid, I only removed the badges to replace them with different ones
