Try blowing up the photo and look at the license plate and words on the buildings- that would give you the country.

I suspect it is in Japan or out east.

Could be custom or maybe part of an entire aero package.

You can use it as a model to make your own.

Ich hab koi ahnung, tut mir leid. Du kannst wahrscheinlich unter JDM zum beispiel suchen. Ich hab das nie in den USA gesehen.
