That's the Mugen Fit Dynamite Professional kit.

L&R Back Door Wide Body, L&R Back Wide Body Fender, Mugen Style Bonnet, Rear Exhaust Cover, Tail Gate Garnish, Rear Spoiler,
Also 2 Aluminium Fog Light With Wires and Rear Aluminium Exhaust Cover Pipes.

I'd totally get that Kit but that hood is looking a little odd. i'd get the Civic/Integra Mugen Hood. 2 vents in the front and 1 scoop in the back.
