what you guys use to clean Windshild?

Can anyone have a good suggestion how to clean the windshild? What kind of tools?

Mind is not dirty but looks like have some oil on it. So when I driving at rain the windshild is not clear at all!! What can I use to get 100% clean (may be 80%)?

If the window is REALLY bad, claybar might be necessary. The normal spray I use is called Stoner's Invisible Glass, and it's pretty great. You can find it at most carpart places and online.

Stoner Solutions products are all great. :thumb up:

I am usually able to get all the bugs and grime off with just my car wash concentrate and water. Once a year I'll use the clay bar whenever I do it on the rest of the vehicle.

Also, a little tip, make sure you clean your windows when they are cool and not in direct sunlight. This will make them easier to clean and prevent streaking.

I just use liquid dish detergent like Ajax and warm water for the glass. Like others have mentioned already, newspaper works best. I like to apply a layer of Rain X onto the glass as well. We've been getting lots of rain in the NE recently and it does wonders.

Newspaper? What's that? j/k (I haven't had a newspaper delivered to my house in years since I'm now reading the papers online - used to have 2 delivered daily and enjoyed them with my morning coffee.)

Stoners invisible glass and a microfiber towel. You can get stoners at walmart or on line. J.C. Whitney sells a whole line of stoner products. I have only used the glass cleaner and it is remarkable. Newspaper does work very well. If you use towels of any kind on your vehicle don't use softner in the wash or dry cycle the softner will cause streaks and decreases the absorbancy of the towel, light detergent only.

willmax11 will become famous soon enough
I use a spray bottle filled with Canadian Tire Summer windshield washer fluid.

It also works wonders on removing bug splatters from the front hood and bumper.
