TSB for wiper chatter

Can anyone help me out,

The wipers on my 07 Fit are chattering. I know there is a TSB out on it but I can't find any details about it. The cars still under warrranty but I would like to perform the repair myself as I need the car and can't drop the car off at the dealer. I gather the TSB says to flip the rubber wiper inserts around and replace the wiper arms but is there a new part number for the "replacement" arm? Also does the TSB say to do anything besides fliping the wipers and installing new arms, other than cleaning the windsheild. I am new to the Fit club as I bought the car used I am hopeing someone can help me out.

The only way to receive the parts for free is to take it to a dealership and have them do the work. Just take it to them and let them handle it. It really shouldn't take more than an hour.
