Xenon HID

I am looking at picking up a set of these. I have yet to replace by bulbs and believe I need the H4? Also, what is the difference between the hi/lo kit and the bi-xenon? There is a 40.00 difference in price. Thanks

The difference between the two is as follows:

Bi-Xenon:
Low and High Beam are HID

Hi\Lo:
Low beam is HID
High beam is Halogen
