Seems to me then the only good time to do it is when your racing, Auto'xing or just need some extra room to move something.

If you just don't wanna haul around your freinds, instead of a seat delete just fold the seats down and put a plastic mat over the whole rear area so it looks like a delete. "Sorry dawg, you gotta walk to the party. I don't have a back seat. Only me and my girl are going in this car".

I like the idea of the plastic, I hate driving people and that should work better than removing my seats
