Hi,
I have got an 02 Fit/Jazz in the UK, I'm looking for a new front and rear windscreen washer pump. From Honda these cost £38 ($57) and £36($54), which is quite a lot for such a siimple components. There are loads of similar looking pattern part pumps that cost less than £10.

The only problem is, nobody lists any of these parts as fitting a Fit/Jazz
There is only one on ebay uk, which is still quite expensive (£26).
The only one I found on ebay USA, states its for an 08 Fit
trico 11-602 - says its for the rear, I'm not positive if its correct.
But that pump can be used on loads of models, so I think you might be able to use say civic pumps???

Does anyone know of pumps from other models that are interchangable?

 

Last time when I originally posted this I ended up buying a whole honda fit/jazz washer bottle + pumps off ebay.

Now they failed again, I searched around online and found nothing correct.
Nobody tells you the size of the pipe out of the pump that pushes to fit.

I had look down my local scrap yard this morning for compatible pumps because the hole is smaller than more common push fit pumps. For instance the Civic pump is too big.

I found an old 1996 Nissan Almera GX which has very similar pumps. It has different connectors but I think the Hondas blade connectors should fit onto them. The main thing is, the pipe out of the pump is the right size. I think the Saloon type 1996 to 2000 and maybe some other newer are the same. But there are some Almera models that won't fit.

So if anyone else is looking for a compatible part, its worth looking.
