Recently worked on the cylinder head and now I am having P2646 CEL. I understand that this is a VTEC / Rocker Arm related issue and many said to replace out the oil pressure switch.

When I worked on the cylinder head, I bent some of the washers on the rocker arm and removed the bent washers so it will not interfere. Also, there is a small metal cap with spring inside (not sure what it does) and I replaced it with similar looking parts.

I am thinking that there's a pretty high possibility that those above can be causing this issue because I hear the engine making a "clicking" noise during acceleration.

I have looked everywhere but cannot find replacement parts for the rocker arm and only the whole assembly. Wondering if anybody has replacements or can point me to where I can find them. Also would help if anybody thinks that the above problems can be the cause of the CEL.

 

I assume that is a bit complicated..
