Dont be fooled by the pictures, the throw is shortened. The RSX uses the similar box system and I have a Shorty on there. When its not connected the shifter will sit farther back but when its all hooked up you'll see how short of a throw it is. It looks almost exact as the RSX set up so changing it out shouldn't take more then 45 minutes. THis is good news becuase after drive the 5spd Fit it will definiately help the driving experience. Haha

That is a lot of money. I dont think the Fit has that long of throw; not compaired to most cars in its class.
I bought a PaceShitter for my Mx6 years ago, it was $45. HEEEEH!!
Granted the car was made in 1988. :-/
got a tracking number from king motorsports yesterday for the short shifter, mugen shift boot and shift knob. i'll post up a review and pics once i get it.
