2007 Sport 5AT - noise from engine

2007 Sport 5AT - noise from engine
Is this sound 'normal' ? It's more than loud valves. I can feel the #2 cyl coil pack and it feels very knocky whereas the other 3 are just a slight vibration (I would call the slight vibration normal).
I diagnosed this as a loud engine last year. It has gotten more knocky, sometimes sounds like something scraping. Sometimes it's louder than others and definitely doesn't go away. A valve adjustment made the sound more clear and pronounced (it's not the valves).
My current diagnosis is piston slap, solution is a replacement engine. The car is out of warranty, so if I take it to the dealer $$$. Something happened with about 2k miles on the car - the ECU decided to take a poop. The car was running on 2, maybe 3 cylinders (1 and 2 were problematic). The dealer said it was ok to drive it like that. We drove it for about 100 miles while it was like that. Hopefully that didn't have lasting effects. (we were in the mountains, very far away from anything)
Any ideas or suggestions will be helpful
Details: 2007 Fit Sport AT, approx 50k miles. Oil has been checked, changed on time, and hasn't run low.
Link two two youtube vids I took after the valve adjustment:

PROBLEM SOLVED! See reply below. This was a complete and utter misdiagnosis on my part.

I don't think you've got piston slap. From your video it sounds more like really loud valves. I've got an 07 with 80K on it and I first noticed piston slap a couple of years ago. It starts about a minute after the car has been running and only happens at idle. Then it goes away after the car has been driven and is fully warmed up. Are you 100% sure you've got the valve clearances where they need to be?
Good luck

solve
noise solved
a few weeks ago, the car decided to eject the #3 spark plug and coil pack. The mechanic said the other spark plugs were loose and the crush washer wasn't crushed....not sure if it was like this from the factory or not - I never messed with the plugs before.
We get the car back, and voila! No more noise. I guess the spark plugs were loose enough so that every explosion caused them (or it in this case) to move and cause the noise.

I haven't explicitly asked to had them changed. They may have been changed/examined when I took the car in for a faulty ecu warranty. Trying to prove that 'they' did it would be extremely hard and would require more than the Chewbacca defense.
I'm not concerned anymore and the car is fixed.

The place I go to now (and have gone to for a while, except for exception....cough see above) is Car Care in Pelham, AL. Great work, excellent service. They are honest and reasonable.

I still think they should have put a k-series in the fit. I think it's an overall better motor. They could have put a civic motor in there and probably achieved similar gas mileage...not to mention a k20a would be easier to fit in there. just an opinion

I've allready said a R18 in the fit would have been a better solution... you eliminate an unneeded engine from the lineup and have better performance, similar economy and for honda, less money spend making another motor... So you compete with the 1.8 in the Versa and put a brawling on the Yaris, Aveo, Fiesta, etc...

So You've got a case of piston slap to Marko? What year is your fit, how many miles on it and when did it start. Does it slap when it's cold and sound fine when fully warmed? I'm hoping this is similar to the problem GM is having with there truck engines and it's not an issue as far as durability. I have a friend with a 2000 half ton Chevy that's been slapping for the last 120K and it hasn't caused any problems so far.
