Roof rack on honda fit?
Anyone seen a fit with a roof rack. I really really want to purchase a fit but have to be able to haul my kayak up on top. And no, it will not fit inside the fit.

Use the search button for "Thule Roof Racks" and you'll find a long thread covering this subject. There are several brands of racks that will work, but Thule is the subject of the thread.

anyone use a roof box on their Fit? experiences?
Hey all,

We've had our SS Fit Sport AT almost a year now, and it's time to buy a roof rack for it so we can use our roof box for camping!

We originally got the box for our Forester for snowboarding. We have a Yakima Skybox 16s. Yakima: Product

Has anyone used a roof box on their Fit? Did you experience any issues like the rear spoiler hitting when the hatch is opened, or the antenna getting in the way? Which rack are you using with your box?

I use the Thule ski carrier (older model, more coffin-shaped rather than the super wide, low-profile one). With the Thule fit-kit set up as documented in the instructions, neither the rear spoiler nor antenna hit the cargo box. (nor do standard bike trays either, btw).
