Honda Access Visors + Tint

Well I finally got around to taking some pics of my Fit with the visors and tint. I went with 50% on the front windows, 35% on the rear passenger door windows, and 20% on the last 3 windows in the back.

Where did you have yours done?
What is the price?
Did you do the windows at the side mirror?

Are the visors the JDM or Aussie ones? Or did you find them somewhere else?

Thanks,

3 different shades of tint on a Fit? I got 35% on all 9 windows, and a banner on the windsheild. Looks sexy!

Gotta love the VBP with those rims!

Alright, now to answer all of the questions from the top:

Visors I installed myself. Tint I did at my dealership, a company drives over every few weeks and does a bunch of cars for us, and they fit my Fit into their schedule last week when they were here doing some of our cars. I paid $250 cash for all 7 windows. This is the premium tint with a lifetime warranty. No I did not do the windows at the side mirror, kind of stupid to pay to get those tinted :P

Thanks,

These are the JDM ones from AJ Racing out in Vancouver.

I decided to do a gradient tint after seeing my friends Protege 5, but his is darker as he went with 35%, 20%, and 5%. I didn't want to attract too much attention with the darker tint since the dealership I work at is 1 block away from a police station. I contemplated 35% all around, but wanted my tint to be a little different :P The 50% actually helps a lot when it is sunny out and keeps the front windows looking stock, so it doesn't attract any unwanted attention.

Thanks for the positive comment!

Thanks man. I opted for the regular H4 kit, not the H/L. I don't think I will be travelling on the highway too much, so it won't be necessary. The HID's are already super bright as it is, and I didn't see much need for the H/L's especially when they wanted $150 on top of the regular ones!

Wow you got a helluva deal. The biggest shop here in Calgary wanted to charge me $400 for doing 7 windows. This is for the film with lifetime warranty.

you guys must be getting majorly rimmed over there.. anything over 250 is considered over price over here, with 200 being the norm

I paid $200 to have mine done. I didn't do the 2 front windows 'cause I want to see how's like......It doesn't look complete, so tomorrow, I will bring my FIT back and have it done for $10Cad.
Lifetime warranty as well.
BTW, Your Fit looks Cool Man

meh, there aren't too many options here in Calgary. There are cheaper places, but they don't do that great of a job. Rather pay for quality work than cheap half assed work. As for the rear view mirror cover, I got it from Rev Competition. e-mail them for pricing. their e-mail can be found in Yuf's thread about his interior trim pieces.

Ahh, I like the uniformity of one grade of tint. I work in Québec, and they have a law for front side windows tinted 70% or more. They've yet to harrass me in any of my cars. *knock on wood.*

My tint cost 220$ tax in including the 9 windows and windsheild banner. I chose 35% Llumar ATR charcoal, like most tints, it has a lifetime warranty.
