Yellow fog lights

I was gonna put yellow bulbs in my fog lights but now I'm thinking I might just make the lenses yellow cause I like the look. I've heard of guys using "yellow stain glass window" paint or somethin but never tried it. Have any of you guys done this? is it easy to take them out?
