Rear Wiper Replacement?

Got a problem I'm hoping someone can help with, please?

I bought a used spoon spoiler, and it didn't come with the shorter rear wiper. In short, the regular wiper will hit the spoiler when used.

Here are my options:
1) Disconnect the rear wiper fuse - tried it, and it works, but for some reason, my power windows stop working, too!
2) Find a wiper attachment replacement - I inspected the wiper, and it doesn't seem like I can just replace the attachment - it looks like I have to replace the whole arm (can someone confirm this please?)
3) Replace the entire assembly - any suggestions would be appreciated
4) Disconnect the wiper motor - may just be the last resort
5) Do a wiper delete - not really my thing...

Any suggestion would be great, thanks so much!

go find a autoparts store that sell denso wiper blades. take off your old wiper arms and measure to what might fit. they sell different sizes and it all fits the same. yes you will have to replace the entire arm assembly for it not to hit.

very easy fix, just go to Honda and get a rear wriper from a 07+ Element rear wiper, they are like an inch shorter in length so perfect for Spoon spolier, I am using on mine

Thanks for the responses, guys! The Element idea is great, except we don't have Elements here I guess I'll have to order one off eBay or something How hard is it to DIY?

ccFit - are you replacing just the wiper blade or are you replacing the entire arm?

I bought a PIAA wiper and it sits on the arm ok, however the round PIAA peg/spur is too small for the arm - so it's not secure. It stays on though because of the pressure the arm applies on the blade and the window.

FYI - you can just pop off the OEM wiper blade, it's pops on and off - there's a round peg on the blade that fits into a semicircular hole on the arm.

not the whole arm, just the wiper blade, paid like CAD$15 or something like that, its just pop on and off very easy to change, perfect for Spoon spolier, I can take a pic if u guys want to see

u can also look at the new CRV and see if the rear wiper is shorter than the Fit one too
