Everyone should just hold on and see what the official results from KW are regarding temperature differences before & after IC, and the same except with high boost installed as well (since you can expect temps to get even hotter).

Let's not jump the gun by misunderstanding what one person said. It's not like he was measuring temperatures to see the difference anyways, it's just anecdotal.
sorry i was just a little disappointed

Well with speaking with Oscar today was that the temp in the morning +-70 degrees to the afternoon +-107degrees was that the air temp was much different.

Anywho everyone talking about front mounts... It was tested by Sr and the BIG front mount only made +-2hp over the little top mount.

Not specifically the cowl used in the intercooler setup, but you can get a similar carbon fiber (or fiberglass, carbon kevlar, etc) from Rogue Fit.

Yeah I was searching around and saw that one, but it seams as though he's taking forever on shipment. besides the Kraftwerks cowl is more... of a 90* angle where the rogue cowl is like a 45*... sorry not trying to thread jack here

Had a rare night where the IAT was ~120-130 degrees for my whole trip tonight - haven't had this much fun in a while. This kit really screams and is a joy at that temperature, the torque and pull at full boost is so fun! There was also a hill that I had to climb for around 2 minutes straight in 3rd gear, 4-5k rpm with some boost here and there; my IAT went from 130 to 210 in a matter of 10 seconds or so. Definitely want to get it cooler under the hood, seeing those numbers climb so fast was kind of scary (at least to me). I wish more official info regarding the TMIC would come out already!

why dont you guys strap an NOS intercooler freezer to the intake piping so it will freeze the pipe and lowr your intake temps dramatically?

how does this setup work with strut braces (excluding "don't use a strut bar")?
It doesn't appear to be enough room.
Anybody have pics WITH strut bar?

would like to know as well, it looks like there's space on the cowl to lower it a bit so the piping from the cowl to intercooler could be lowered to allow space for a strut bar, but im sure kw already looked into it

Not that I know of. Maybe KW will dump a metric ton of information one day and will answer all the questions piling up.

i bet almost everybody if not everybody, who has an aftermarket supercharger would also have a strut bar.

it almost is guaranteed that a strut bar is incompatible

I have had 6 front wheel drive cars with McPherson strut front suspensions in the last 27 years and the only one that I had strut tower problems with was dropped and had wide wheels and tires..... I don't do overly wide offsets and stiff dropped suspensions even though the towers on the Fit are beefier than those of car that I had problems with.... I might ad upper and and lower bracing one of these days if I find that it is necessary.... My car tracks well around 45 MPH curves at 100 MPH on dry roads and 95 MPH when wet so I am satisfied..

3 new additions have been made to Kraftwerks' product page for the Fit; however, no prices are listed.
