!!!New log-style turbo manifold in the works!!!

Neukin Motor Development (www.neukin.com) is taking charge!
They have decided to design a manifold for the Fit that can be fitted with flanges ranging from T3/T4, T25, & 16G. Anything is possible upon request.

-Check the pic out!

All CNC machining is done in-house and TIG welded high grade steel are used for unmatched strength and thermodynamic capabilities.

I ordered a really cool log-style manifold for a 16G mounted at 70* up angle....looks awesome and still space left w/ internal wastegate

$280! Not bad at all! I have a log-style, but it doesn't look like anyother attempts that have been posted on fitfreak. It's construction is very solid and will allow for 400whp.

Here's how it works:

I have a log-style turbo manifold for my GD3. I use a 16G turbo, so the flange is different, also it exits the manifold at around a 75* angle upwards for more room.

-Tell them what kind of car this is for and then tell them kevin@fit-tuning.com referred you (this way they know it's the Fitfreak's), and that I have a manifold also. Neukin is really excited about doing manifolds for the Fit, so I would take advantage while it lasts!

-Be specific and let them know what type of turbo, size, and also be ready to compensate for the size of the turbo. Does the turbo need to be angled downward, upward, straight out short or long?

As long as you take a pic of the turbo and specify the direction of exit fot the turbo to save space in that super tight compartment, they will know exactly what to do.

No problem! It's all about taking advantage when it comes. I've been sourcing out someone who would construct a simple log-style turbo manifold that offered several flange options. Instead of a simple manifold, Neukin is making a 400whp turbo log-style manifold that also minds the lack of space in the engine compartment.
You get the best of both worlds with these guys! And, they're open to design variations...they have a Fit in house!

If you know anyone else who have made their own manifold or are looking for an awesome manifold tell them these guys are the first to offer ones such as these....nothing like HKS or Greddy manifold in kit, these are unarguably superior

Right! I said the log-styling of the turbo manifold is the same, but the manifold in the pic is a priject car of theirs.

I'm having a nice ceramic & powder coating finish on my manifold, but the shop will have pictures taken for me during the process and afterwards.
I'll have them linked to this posting when I bolt-up again.

Very cool! I'm having another one made, it should be ready in about a week and a half. Neukin starts the log-style turbo prices at about 250-275 to 340-360...depending on what flange for turbo is being used anyother design consideration. I'll post them as soon as I get it in the box!

i tried to price out a custom built kit and it almost cost me what a HKS kit would cost.

also i tried to go to a local shop to get a price and he wanted $2900 and that didnt include any piggy back just piping, intercooler, mainfold, turbo and all the tid bits needed but the piggy back.

the turbo i was looking at was
$525- super 60
$200 for piping ( you can buy universal kits on ebay) but you still need to remember
that the washer bottle needs to be moved
$280 for the manifold

already at $1008 not including
$$$ for lines, intercooler, piggy back and other accessories.

i also dont know how to weld/fab things so ...............
they do also have universal kits on ebay for $900 with everything even though the turbo's dont last

go on ebay and put in honda fit turbo kit and it pulls up a few

The guys from Neukin never even bothered to get back to me. Even after he told me they were getting the flanges in I never even received an email.
I think they just blew me off, but the funny thing is that they played into it the whole time!
Their manifolds are overpriced anyway and obviously they're all talk....sorry guys for any misleading things I said, didn't mean to, they just got me excited knowing that there was going to be a t-manifold for the GD3.
I've had a new log-style manifold in construction for the past 4 months...gotta get everything right.
