re: want to get the T1R turbo kit

hi all, I have a 2008 Fit, and currently have the following mods,

- T1R light-weight pulley
- T1R response headers
- T1R carbon fiber intake
- T1R test-pipe (not installed, coz it making too much noise, and when i say too much, its really way too much

)
- Spoon B-pipe
- Spoon N1 axle-back

ok, now I want to get my Fit more horse power, and the T1R turbo kit is what i have in mind. I read some posts on the forum regarding this kit, but they are way too long, and some are actually quite old, so i am wondering if i can get more up-to-date info.

first of all, will the kit pair with my mods?
secondly, with this kit, do I need to get a new fuel pump, fuel injector etc, in another word, what else i need to purchase to pair with the kit? does this kit come with a test-pipe with catalytic convertor? or I can use the stock one? Does the new kit give CEL? I know the stock kit only puts out 4.5psi, and can I change it to 6 or 8 psi as others have done on the forum? do i need special tuning to the ECU at my local mechanic shop?

please advise, your help is greatly appreciated. thank you!

i have a T1R turbo kit for sale right now. here are the answers to your questions.

you will not be able to use your headers or carbon fiber intake. im sure you will be able to sell those with no problem.

the kit comes with 310cc RC injectors. no aftermarket fuel pump is needed unless you go more than 10 psi. the kit comes with a test pipe. my kit has the 9psi spring installed into the wastegate. you will get a check engine light with the greddy emanage that comes with the kit. the way to correct that is to upgrade to aem f/ic (which comes with my kit.)

no cat in the kit, buy kelso's turbo kit its about as good as it gets.

no, the test pipe is a cat delete. it replaces your cat with a straight pipe. but if you are worried about noise, the turbo dampens the sound of the engine alot and makes it sound alot better than if you had no turbo on it.

coz with my current set up, and i do cat-delete, its sound like a race car already, probably because its a spoon exhaust. so i m not sure it i add the turbo kit on, will result the same..

well, with my setup, it sounded like a stock car and i still made power. i had the cat delete, j's racing b pipe and an s2000 exhaust. it sounded stock until i floored it and the dump pipe would open.

that's nice, and i assume you have 4 disc brake conversion too? since you are putting much more hp than stock.

and what kind of sway bar and strut bars do you use? any good brand to recommand? also suspension too, which coils over are good? I am thinking about getting it all T1R
