i set my options to not receive email notifications, but i'm still getting emails on my suscribed threads. does anyone know why this is?

okay. so i think i figured it out. The ones that i was subscribed to before i changed the setting still sent emails, but the newer ones don't. I'll see if I can change them individually like drkelso said.
