Smile Need help figureing out the led lights for my Fit 2009

Please help me out I am a newbe and do not want to mess up the car. I want to install Led's in all my lights, Blinkers, Brake lights, 3rd brake light, Turn Signals, Back up light.

Can I just change out the lights with led with out doing anything to the car?
