Independent fogs on 09

I know there's already a sticky talking about independent fog lights for the GD's, but what about GE's? I do a lot of driving at night through the hills and the fog lights do provide a lot of peripheral lighting, and without them, even with high beams, it's a little difficult to see when the only other light around is the moon and stars.

Before the sticky for the independent fogs was closed, a few people started talking about a way to do it with GE's. Anybody ever come up with anything?
