Need help identifying where to hook up footwell lights

I just bought cold Cathodes from Oznium. After much time reading threads I cannot find one showing where to hook up in fuse box on my 2009 GE Sport.

OK the black wire will be grounded to frame somewhere but that little red hot wire has me beat.

These are best pics I could take. Hey I am older and not double jointed any more.

Can anyone help me? I want them to come on when door is opened and go off when shut. Preferrably it would be nice to operate same as dome but that requires wiring into dome light I believe.

Thank you

bill

Thank you. I will test them.

The ground wire goes to the other blue wire or to frame somewhere?
