I installed LED headlights in my 2016 Fit. First, I tried the OPT7 (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00VNBEJ1G/) and found that they have a poor cutoff and blind oncoming drivers. Next, I decided to try the JDM ASTAR 8th Generation (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B018SYK6GW/), which are specifically designed for H4 with LEDs arranged in a way that mimics a H4 halogen bulb. Unfortunately, the JDM ASTAR had an even worse beam pattern than the OPT7 (and I tried adjusting them in many different ways). I just returned both of the LED kits and put the halogens back in. The only LEDs that I think might work properly are from Phillips (H4 Philips LED Headlight Review | H4 LED kit Review | 12953BWX2), but they cost $250 and I can't buy them on Amazon which could make the return process very difficult if they don't work well, and I'm not willing the risk that right now. Perhaps this review will motivate someone else to try the Phillips out and let us know if they work well (because I’ve ruled out two supposedly ‘good’ options already). Other people with a Honda Fit said that they OPT7 were great, but they obviously didn't care about blinding oncoming traffic. I found that the OPT7 were far better than the JDM ASTAR 8th gen (brighter and better beam pattern), but neither is a proper replacement for the stock Halogen bulbs. Also, I had no problem fitting the dust cap over either set of LEDs in a way that kept the the headlights sealed from water, and both were very easy to install. I did not test how the DRL works with the LEDs because I removed the DRL fuse prior to installing them (I don't like using my primary headlights as DRLs, its shortens their lifespan, regardless of if they are LED or halogen).
