aftermarket seats and seat rail questions

Wedge Engineering. They're located in Long Beach California. I had some Seats and was about to put them in, but I reevaluated my situation and came to the conclusion that side curtain air bags are more important then snug, uncomfortable seats. So I ended up selling my seats.
If anyone's interested, I have a Nagisa Auto Fit Super Low Seat Rail (SLR) for sale. It's the same one shown here:

Tints Question: +% darker or lighter?
Here's my question about tints, and I'm sure someone else has had this asked before:
What does perentage have to do with tinting windows?
Is is the higher the tint % the darker to color, or is it lowered when it gets higher?

The % represents how much light is let through.
so lower # = lower % of light = darker

ah-HA! That makes sense now...
Thanks!
Next question will have to deal with paint jobs... I have this sweet idea for painting my current Orange Fit Sport to a pearlescent Forest Green and Kiwi Green. That'll be in another forum I guess...

Does anyone know how to entirely remove passenger seat? airbag cord issue
I'm trying to remove my passenger seat to replace it with an aftermarket seat bracket which will allow me to utilize aftermarket racing seats. Driver side is no issue, but on the passenger side, the seatbelt goes into the passenger seat, then held on by a 17mm bolt. IN the seatbelt where it bolts, there is a cord that routes to a cylinder that attaches to the seat belt. That is where I stopped. I didn't want to mess with any airbag in the car as it's considered an explosive, and I dont feel like getting a new airbag cause I screwed up.
I was wondering if anyone has done this to their USDM fit, as I know the JDM fits don't have this issue.
Main thing I would like to know, how to remove the cord that attaches to the cylinder and seat belt

I'm not worrying about, I need to know how to physically remove the unit from the car, does the cable detach somewhere? I want it to be totally reversible so if I choose to put back my stock seats, I want the airbags to work

There is three or four plugs on the bottom of the seat. The seat belt has a unique attachment. Honda has made a special tool to release the catch inside this device. I bought a Helm manual which showed what was going on in this. We used a combination of three picks to push these release pins in so it would release and come apart. I don't have any of this in front of me so that's all I can tell you for the moment.

The seat belt is easily removed, 17mm bolt, but what I need to know is how to remove the cable that attaches from the seat belt to the airbag cylinder on the seat.
