How do I turn off the car alarm

I just bought a 09 honda last week and they installed a so called passive alarm. It's automate AM7. Does anyone know how can I turn off the alarm or turn it off temporarily but I am parking in the streets 3 blocks away from my house. I don't want to alarm to go off as I won't hear it and I will kill my batteries.

i would rather have to recharge my battery than have somebody break into my car or steal it.

not sure how to turn it off tho. you can probably bring it into the dealer and they can tell you.

ugh that would suck to have your car alarm going off for hours and hours, its a good way to get keyed

Have you found a way to turn it off? Can you tell us how? I hate alarms!
