Seat Bolt Covers

I'm trying to remove the left front passenger seat bolt cover, but it doesn't seem to want to budge. How do they come off?

with a flathead screw driver. they are difficult at first. there are a couple clips that hold it on. just pry it off on one side and it should pop off.

Thanks, I got it now. I got my gooseneck mount attached now and it works wonderfully.
