Talking Holy gauges batman!!!

So I had to install my old deck, new dash kit, and gauge holder prematurely. I wasn't going to do it until I had my new deck (Alpine IDA-X305) and my other 2 prosport gauges but I really need to get my wideband O2 sensor installed asap.

A while back I started a thread on this DIN triple gauge holder, I wasn't sure if it would fit and I didn't really get any response... so I took the chance and I guinea pigged it. Well I think it worked out ok in the end, I had to do some filing, a little cutting and a little customzation, but it all came together pretty well IMO.

It looks neat and clean (IMO) besides there being 2 empty holes and my old ghetto Alpine cd deck.

This is just an option for those who are gauge freaks... lol. I've got 6 now, 3 x 60mm in the upper pod to hold my boost, oil temp, and water temp. 3 x 52mm in the lower DIN pod which holds my AEM UEGO, and soon to be oil pressure and fuel pressure.

Lemme know what you all think!

Thanks kelso!

Ya, I had a Pioneer F900 double din nav head unit, but then I opted out of it cause I didn't know where to put my gauges... I returned the deck and used the money to order the 09 Alpine IDA-x305 media player and my other gauges.

This was just a different option that some may prefer....

OOo, way to save space!!! I'll be thinking of this. I didn't like the big gauges above the stereo.

Yes they will work. My AEM UEGO is a 52mm gauge, and I have 2 - 52mm Prosport gauges in the mail. I am using the premium series tho as the gauge on the right will have minimal depth clearance due to the ISO mount of the deck. The plastic bracket inbehind can be modified to fit a standard deep gauge tho, just have to do a little bit of cutting on the back side of the aftermarket dash kit.

Also, its up to you but you can install the gauges on the top or the bottom, its up to you.

Cool mod! I like the way the 1-DIN gauge bezel face is stepped to face the driver.

Yes they are, the DIN gauge holder points the gauges towards the driver.

I'll try to take a side view pic and post it later...

The dash kit is made by Bestkits. Same maker as Scoche. I think that is what you are asking right?

The DIN gauge holder is made by Glowshift... or atleast that is where I ordered mine from.

cool idea, my friend did something similar in his 3000gt and he had put his gauges like that, can't remember his location but it was somewhere on his center console.

I've updated the initial post with new pics with a better camera. It was kinda hard to get the angle of the gauge towards the driver, but as you can see it does angle towards the driver in the 4th pic.
