Racing Harness on stock seats...

Has anybody done this yet?
if not, how would this task be accomplished?

Is there a fuse that can be pulled to stop the ALARM
from sounding since the OEM seat belt will not be in use...

Dont use racing harness on stock seat.
If you crash and do top, you'll break your neck.

THIS IN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS

I was just wondering if it has been done...
I am in the process of saving money to buy some AFTERMARKET seats,
and i wanted to see if it would be possible to install the seat belts first,
in order to get used to the new type of restraints...

Thanks a lot for the seat belt alarm CANCEL...

I definitely agree with that statement...

But i wanted to do it to get the feel for the new type
of restraint system...

i would get a seat first. 1) because its not going to feel the same when you have your aftermarket seat in. 2) its not safe

Thats not a good idea. You need to respect some angle and distance.

that harness bar was never put into production. it was supposed to be for sparco but the deal fell through.

no.... both the c-pillar bar and the rear strut bar are too far away from the seats and they are at too great of an angle.

if you try to run it the harness will collapse your spine if you get into a crash. that happened to a buddy of mine so im really stern about it.

yea I know a c pillar wouldn't work. rear strut seems like itd work but I'd trust ya kyler. Or just do like every other cheap kid does n mount to rear seat bolts :/ n no I'm not recommendeding that...sorta ghetto IMO

mounting to the rear strut bar would be safer than mounting it to the rear seat anchor bolts. either way would still collapse your spine.

harness bars cost a little extra but are worth not having to live in a wheel chair

the only sparco harness bar was sold. the guy wanted $450 for it when i talked to him. he said he is friends with the guy that made the sparco one and could ask him if he could make more.

i told him to do so since there seems to be a few people that need/want them.
Kyler are you still going to make the ones you had?
