Custom Homelink Install?

Came across this via google: Z06Vette.com - Corvette Z06 Forum - Custom Homelink Mod I did this weekend....

There are a bunch of these units at varying prices on ebay, some for $20 and lower. I am thinking about installing one of these in my GD. I already have installed the JDM map lights so I don't want to spend a bunch of money for the honda homelink / maplight kit that may not fit depth-wise in the roof.

Not sure about install location yet... I was thinking either under the steering wheel somewhere or on / near the rearview mirror plastic cover on the headliner. Has anyone put a custom homelink module in their car or have a better source??? Thanks, I'll post pics up if I end up doing this one.

Here's a link to one of these on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CUSTO...#ht_500wt_1056
