Cars home & Dent Free
At the end of May my car got hit real bad with hail I got the car into the shop and after two weeks I finally got my car back Today. I was so happy I drove it around and took some pics.

a hah! another MN fit spotting.. I've only counted 4 other fits on the road besides me in in the Metro area in MN in the month or so I've had had it. So I'm adding you to the total!

Although I keep expecting to see more considering how they seem to move off the lots quick enough.


Spiffy to see you got the hail repaired, I got mine into the garage for all the storms. Although I figure the year I buy a brand new car will the year I get hail damage....

Bad ass, nice to see another MN fit owner I have heard there is at least 2 other modded Fits around here but I have not see them. All I ever see are the blue and Silver base fits and some Orange sports. If you dont mind me asking where are you at in MN, im about 15 mins south of the MOA

Up in Fridley I am. Only mod I have is the permanent Yakima roof rack rails(detachable tower/crossbars) and the dead pedal. Debating what I may or may not do with it in the upcoming year. If I had gotten the base, I'd be quicker about putting some shoes on it, but thinking more in terms of the arm console, air intake, color the fog lights and probably rewire them, and suspension...but trying to clear out some other summer bills, plan a vacation, and get use to having a car payment again DOH!

I havn't seen any modded Fits 'round here. Spotted a base MR in bloomington, a BOM sport at a park, another BBP sport on Hwy 10 going right along side me (that was kinda eerie as we merged into lanes right next to each other), and another worker in my building has a '07 base black.

Thanks guys, the longest I had been with out my car was a day. To have my car in the shop for 2 weeks and not beaing able to see it or know what was going on was driving me NUTS. I was so happy to get it back I drove it around for a half hour or so.

sucky, yea we got hail in ND too...wasn't big enough to do much if any damage though to homs and/or cars...thankfully
Has your fit gone on MN roads yet in the winter?

yea it did, I got the car in October, it seemed to do alright. Ill have to see how it does this winter with it lowered though.
