The headlights are really easy to put in and out. MY civic was a pain in the ass. I am not sure about the old fit but this one will take a total of 2 minutes if that.
Not sure about fogs or not, if you have to remove the bumper. I will investagate more later.
I took a photo of the manuals headlight bulb guide for those who are interested. I know I was. What looks good on silver. I was thinking Hyper White bulbs with Yellow fogs

Just found some H11s i had from my si i sold. Unfortunitly I sold the nice yellow ones i had with it. But i just put in some hyper whites. Its better then stock for now. So heres how the fits fogs install. 1 Philips head screw!!! AWESOME. The Si had to take the whole front bumper off.
I am going to order some yellow fogs unless someone wants to sell me some!!
wow man that front windshield really goes far over the engine. I wonder if you have to remove that windshield cowl to replace the spark plugs. How about some more pix of behind the engine like where the coil packs. I also wanna see the new header design if possible.

Cool, I was going to ask you if you'd take the fog lights out and snap a pic, and here you already did. If you have any more pics, perhaps from a little farther back, I'd like to see them (no big deal though). I thought about getting rid of the fogs on a new Sport model and just making a black plastic "delete panel." I've never been a big fan of fog lights, and I figured it might be cool to actually have a Sport without fogs. Anyway, good to know they come out so easily. I'll have to toy around when I finally get one.
