aahhh that sucks! Yeah the teg was manual and my dad was like HELL NO! for a first car lol.
I learned how to drive manual when I was 17 though. I am 19 now. I wish my fit wasn't an auto :/
that looks awesome. I have no money for any mods (boo!) but the first thing i bought for my car was mugen window visors. I love the instructions because I can't read them. I had to look on the forum how to put them on ehaha

If I ever got an AT car ever again, I wouldn't be able to help feeling like a homosexual, and I'm serious. It's weird that I think of it that way, and not the opposite (since a stickshift is kinda like holding, well you know)

The sport's paddle shifters make the car feel like a videogame. My fit is the first auto I have ever had, and I seriously hate autos. But honestly, I got this car so my gf could drive it instead of her Lexus LS400(UNRELIABLE GAS HOG, 17mpg'ish). And North Bay area traffic can be 2+ hours for a 40 mile commute. My worst commute day was 5hours for 40 miles, and I was in my accord(stick, 8lb flywheel) and my left butt cheek was sore for like 2 days from amount of clutching to move 2-3 feet. Having the auto with option to shift is nice for just a commuter.
I feel the same way about Auto=Ghey, but it really works better for stop n go, and multiple driver usage. If I had bought the MT fit, my GF woulda smoked the clutch already. Instead, I have just changed the oil 4 times, so maintenence is much cheaper with a woman driver. I drive my accord or RR most often for personal use, and the fit is for when we need to bring people/pups/gear or just run errands without worrying about getting pulled over every time you go out. Coupes w/stick and Racebikes = Copmagnets. The fit is kind of a pussy car anyway. It's not like it grows any balls with a stickshift. My Motorcycle has more HP than the fit, and it's 600cc's.

Aww, they love each other, but are jealous of who gets my attention
okay so I guess this will be my new build/photo thread from now on lol. Here's some from today. Yes I do have too much free time ;/ And too many people stare at my car, I mean it's getting ridiculous. From little children looking confused to oooooldass people with their blank stares...if anyone has heard of Jay&Silent Bob of Clerks & Dogma fame, they shot all of those movies in this area of NJ. Just a fun fact :P
yes that's a glowstick hanging from my tow hook
And then I saw a VW Rabbit:
haha
