Do the thieves have to pay for the damage done to the car as a result of their theft?
If not, why not?
And should the thieves be required to pay for the damages???
Theoretically, yes if a civil suit was brought. But chances are they will not have the equity to pay any suit brought against them (since they're having to steal in the first place!) I'm sure most people just take the hit on insurance.
haha omg it looks like a toy! dude if it was a sport model the rims prolly would have held and the sway bar would prolly reduce the effect of the pit maneuvers
The rear sway bar reduces available traction to the rear during a slide/swerve. It can actually make a rear end slide harder to control.
