I was driving in to work today and the security guard looked over my AT SSS and asked "Where's the other half of your car?" I told him it was big enough for me. My car pool buddy was amused.
Two recent comments on my Storm Silver Fit:
(1) Security guard asked me "Where's the other half of your car?"
(2) Yesterday, a guy drove up next to me in the library parking lot (in his red Mustang) and asked me how I liked the Fit. I gave him such an enthusiastic earful that he said Honda should pay me! It was funny the way he kept waving cars around him as he leaned out the window asking me question after question. He's also considering the Civic. I told him I had a Civic wagon that I loved, too, but right now the Fit is just right for me. He'd heard about the Magic Seats and that interested him.

Honda has re-invented the "Tuner Scene" and returned Tuners to the roots of the in-expensive high performance cars. Who needs a Supra TT when you can have mileage and fun while laughing all the way to the bank?

Have to smile at that comment...my other car *is* a Supra TT 6 speed. They both have their place. Oh yeah, my *other* other car is an MR2. It fits in between the Fit and the Supra.
i dunno about the "roots" of in-expensive high performance cars. don't get me wrong, i love my fit. but it aint a ferrari killer. i'd say the highest performance thing about the fit is the handling. other than that, it's still my econo car. my other "other" cars is a greddy twin turbo z and a dc5 with a k20a.
