Here is the recent suspension change I did about a month ago. Went with MCS 2 way non-remote coilovers with Swift springs and helpers F12K/ R18K, and Cusco pillow ball mounts. Also seen are the coilovers compressed and at full droop.

Wow those are nice dampers! Are the springs just the regular swift lowering springs ?

No Devmail. They are Swift metric springs. Fronts are 12K (672lbs), rears are 18K (1008lbs). I also removed the OE FSB and running w/o one.

The MCS is custom built for the Fit as much of the hardware had to be custom fab'd to fit. The new suspension ran me $5K. We've already noticed a change in the cars handling and it's brought down the time at the track.
