Yes, it is 15, the brand is Concept One and the model is Sinister. I don't know if the brand is available at your place, as I think this is Made in Taiwan, and I am located in the Philippines. Their site : Concept One Wheels - Innovative Technology

Here's mine nothing flashy just fun to drive. It's an 08 VBP 5MT Base with 15" TSW Trackstar 4 wheels and Yokohama S.drive Tires. It's lowered on T1R S Spec Dampers and springs. Under the hood is just a K&N Typhoon SRI.
