But if you want to do it to your fit then measure and mark where the seat bolt location is, from where it s bolted to the slider from the bottom.
Cut a cardboard template and take a marker and place dots on the cardboard according to the measurements there should be four dots well at least it was on my 91 integra when I did this in 96.
The measure how far from the doorsil the seat is before you remove it
Get the same mm and size bolt as the one on then factory ones but make sure they are long enuff to be screwed in from th bottom of the car.
Get some washers and little rubber gromets to put on the bolts before you screw them in
Remove the seat from the car, by unbolting the sliders, the unbolt them from the seats check to make sure the bottom of the seat holes line up with the the ones you made to the cardboard template.
Cut the template to fit flat with the foor take a grease pencil and mark the carpet or bear metal with the same measurements as the templatePoke holes in the template to line the up with the grease pencil marks, if they all line up perfect drill holes.
Make sure you move or remove any brake lines, abs sensors, wires, fuel lines etc...etc..... before you drill.
Drill holes, place washer's on bolts then rubber grommetts then feed bolts through bottom to you can hand tighten them, torque em down
Volia ghetto fabbed lowered seats.
Or buy some lower seat brackets from memory fab, ebay, bride, sparco, momo, recaro, etc..etc... and cut weld drill or bolt the to make the fit
