4/114 spacer? An adapter with a 4x114 conversion?
I was hoping to have my wheels on this weekend. IDK. The guy Im trying to get my adapters from has to be retarded.

I got my quote and Im happy with the price. (Found 3/4in adapters BTW) I then told him Id like the adapters by this weekend. He emails me back saying "They take a few days." I email him back asking if I can get them by Friday. He then emails me back and says I could pay extra for next day shipping. No quote or how much extra listed. Yet he is expecting money for the adapters so he can get started. WTF..... does he want me to calculate the cost in my head when I have no idea the weight of the adapters?!

At the rate Im going, Ill have my adapters late next week.

BTW, that guys Fit looks great. I like the SSM headlights. Ohh, and those sexy wheels.

Hey guys, I'm thinking about getting the Konig BriteLite 16x7 4x100 with +40 offset. I'm planning to lower my car with Eibach Pro-kit [1.6" front, 1.3" rear]. Would there be any rubbing problems? And if there is a possibility of rubbing, how can I avoid it?

anybody try a 9 wide with 30 offset? i was thinking of putting 195/45/16 tires on it. Any ideas if it'll fit with rolling the fenders or is it just too insane?

If you can live with a little rubbing go for it. You could also try and reduce the rubbing by getting tiny tires. 195/45/16's. I think thats a ridiculous tire size, I bet those tires would look tiny. Also not much protection over pot holes.

They do make that size, only 2 listed tires on tirerack. Goodyear Eagles are the cheapest at $96 a piece; then you get a $40 cash card.

stretch the tires as much as you can. as it will roughly going to poke out 15mm to 20mm out then yeah fender roll is necessary.

DagerOne is an unknown quantity at this point
I'm looking to go with 14" steel wheels for the winter. I have the Sport 15s right now (15x6 and 55 offset, 195/55/15 tires). I CAN use 14" wheels that would normally fit the base model, right? I've found 14x5.5 wheels that I'm going to wrap in 185/65/14 tires for a great price, but they're 35 offset. I'll clear the suspension by a mile, but the tires will sit out 15mm further toward the fender. Will this cause any problems?

(also posted this in the winter wheel stickied thread but didn't get any help)

Babiixgurl,
Coilovers aren't the answer. Rolling your fenders is a bandaid.
The bottom line is to get a wheel with a 45 offset, not anything lower!

Thanks for the advice, radareclipse.

I started looking at the Rota Torque. I like those rims, but I want the Works XD9.
