New rims, what should I get?

Well a buddy of mine is going to pick up my Enkei's in the spring and I have enough $$$ to splurge on a nice set of wheels. Any recommendations? I just cashed in on some American greenback yesterday at a great rate of $0.90!!! I was initially going to buy a set of Gram Light 57 Maximum from tirerack.com (hence the American bucks) but I'm looking at other options. Probably going to go with 15" or 16" wheels. After checking out NA1-T's wheels and seeing how awesome Calvin's VBP looks with yellow wheels, it's making me think twice about going for something dark. Another option that I was pondering was buying a set of Rota HM3's on eBay and get them custom painted to another colour. What do my fellow Albertan's think?

Heck, I could even keep my existing rims and paint them another colour, but I don't think they would stand out as much nor do I want to track 17's...

Go for 15's man.. just gotta keep the offset honest.. I think a +42mm minimum.. my Enkei RPF1s are a +41 and I rubbed a little.

My personal choice would be a Volk TE-37 Time Attacks.. or the Bronze CE-28Ns.. Mugens maybe if you wanna go nuts?!

for weight.. for sure the volks.. my RPF1s are 12 lbs lighter than my stocks per rim/tire.. per corner!!!! a total of 48lbs savings. Trust me, you'll notice the difference.

If you're not into spending the coin then perhaps, Konig Heliums.. they are light too.

I think bronze wheels on the VBP Fit would look good, but if you want contrast, go source some Racing Hart CP-035s in white!!! I used to have these wheels on my 00 Si-R in 17". I've always been partial to racing wheels..

I'm willing to spend a good amount of coin, but nothing ludicrous haha. Thanks for the input, I'll keep that in mind. I do want something light.

I've always loved Yokohama Super Advan's, but those are so damn hard to find in good condition! What I might end up doing is buying a set of Rota HM3's and getting them custom painted But what colour...hmmmm...

uh...memoryfab.com has a nice set of super advans for sale. i think the red lip with the black spokes would look decent.

i would go for gold or white rims if i had your car. but that would be me. yeah.... dont go volk ce28n( everyone has them or the knock offs) be different, have a set of rims that nobody really has.

i think a set of carving starks with the white spokes and purple lip, would look SWEET. some dude on hondamarketplace.com is selling a set of 16" starks for 1400..but im pretty sure you can get them for 1300ish.

or...wheelchoice.com(my team mates order their wheels from them) they have a set of brand new silver advan RGs and it has the blue lip lining....aahhh that would look KILLER on your car.

Kewl!

Where did you buy/order them from?

I, too, am looking for 15-inch rims in the Toronto area.
