Name: Type 100 Wheel: Rota Circuit 10 Size: 16x7 Offset: +45 Color: White (repainted) Tire: Bridgestone Potenza S-02 Pole Position/Toyo Proxes 4 Size: 205/45R16 for both tires Lowered?: No If Yes, What Setup?: Front Rubbing: No Rear Rubbing: No Comments: I use Work RS lugnuts, anodized red, hex size 21mm. I also use a set of machined aluminum hub-centric rings to ensure proper loading on the center spigot, not on the wheel studs (check the last photo). The old S-02PPs had rim guards, the newer Proxes 4s don't but are much quieter and longer-lasting. I have zero rubbing on the bodywork. We'll see how well they fare once my Aibo gets coilovers.
In regards to lug nuts, do the '09 Sport 16" OEM wheels have acrorn or ball lugs? Is it considered aftermarket or OEM? The original thread post doesn't make that clear and states all OEM as ball.
What an awesome thread!! Big thx to Illusive for setting this up. I've been searching high and low for this info and FINALLY after reading this I think I can confidently put my money down on the following setup (still running stock 15"s on my '07 Sport!):
16 x 7 Rota Grids (bronze or gunmetal (?) with polished lip)
Offset 40mm
205/45R16 Falken 912's
I've read other threads saying how the offset should be higher with that type of rim width....but it seems a lot of folks are getting some degree of rubbing on numerous other setups anyways! I'd venture to say - at least in this thread - the above setup hasn't led to as much rubbing as some others.
Will post final setup and pics when the new kicks are on!!

im sure its ball seat, so if you use 09s on a GD you can use stock lugs
Name: koi Wheel: Konig Helium Size: 16x7 Offset: +40mm Color: Bronze Tire: Falken Ziex-912 Size: 205/45/16 Lowered?: Yes If Yes, What Setup?: Swift lowering springs lugs: Gorilla lug nuts anodized red Front Rubbing: Slight rubbing only when going over big bumps / dips Rear Rubbing: None Comments: Swift lowers the front a good deal but not so much in the rear. Expect rubbing in the front with any 16" setup I suppose. I was sur prised to see that 16x7 Konig Heliums are almost flush with the fender, very satisfied with the look.
does anybody here has a set up with 15x7 offset 40 and 205/50/15 tire size? if so does it rub? is it lowered? if it is what kind of spring or coil overs do you have??!! any info would be great.thanks

Wheel: Rays 57 Motorsport G07WT Size: 17x7 Offset: +43mm Color: Winning Blue Tire: Nitto Neogen Size: 215/40/11 Lowered?: Yes If Yes, What Setup?: Espelir Active Super Down lugs: Projecy Kics Caliber 24 Heptagon Front Rubbing: None Rear Rubbing: None Comments: Ride is a little harsh but still tolerable. Its only been a week since purchase I hope they settle better after a little more use.
Wheel: Rota Slipstream (probably the 10471095105th set of slips already posted lol) Size: 15x7 Offset: +40mm Color: flat black Tire: Falken Ziex Size: 205/50/15 Lowered?: Yes If Yes, What Setup?: Skunk2 Pro-c lugs: Muteki chrome lugs in the pic, just temporary. Rays Lugs in flat black should be coming any day now. Front Rubbing: yes Rear Rubbing: yes Comments: i only rub during hard turns, big bumps/drop-offs, or have a full load of people in the car. i could probably eliminate all the rubbing once i roll my fenders
PS: i'm not running any hub-centric rings, the last owner said i wouldn't need them. i'm a bit paranoid about the GD's weak hub(s), should i get a set of rings anyway?

No rubbing so far, even on sharp turns. I love the wider stance it gives the Fit and it seems to have improved stability.

Wheel: Sport Stock Size: 15x6? Offset: +55mm Color: Silver Tire: Hankook K106 Size: 195/55/15 Lowered?: Yes. If Yes, What Setup: Eibach Prokit lugs: None yet.. Front Rubbing: None Rear Rubbing: None Comments: No rubbing at all, front or rear even when the car is full(5 people). I love these springs, the ride is almost like stock, just a bit stiffer. Stance is great and handling has improved considerably. Wheel gap was covered on all 4 tires. Will post pics once new wheels are installed..
Wheel: Mugen RnR Size: 15x6.5 Offset: +45mm Color: Bright Silver Tire: Michelin Pilot Exalto PE2 Size: 195/55/15 Lowered?: No -- stock suspension If Yes, What Setup?: N/A lugs: McGard splined lugs in black chrome Front Rubbing: None Rear Rubbing: None Comments: Wheels are 10lbs apiece, w00t! They're so light that I can feel the rears going bupita-bupita over railroad tracks and such. I really like the old school sculpted look even on the angular Fit. The tires are much quieter than the stock Dunlops and the sidewalls are softer so the ride has improved. They handle ridiculously well also, especially in the rain. I did take a MPG hit, still waiting for the tires to settle in to determine just how much.
I would like to fit 15 inch hub centric alloy wheels with 196 / 60 tyres on my new 2009 Honda Jazz. Can anyone inform me what is the hub diameter for the Honda Jazz.
