Konig Helium w/GF210 -- Spacer required???

I noticed a lot of you guys are running Konig Heliums and I was wondering, is the 40mm offset of the Konigs enough to clear the calipers and avoid rubbing?? It seems awfully small compared to the 55mm offset of the stock Sport rims. Should I get spacers to make them match the stock wheels offset to avoid rubbing and make my ride not look stupid? I'm planning on getting the 15" btw.

A smaller offset means the wheel centreline is further away from the centre of the car. There will be NO problems with caliper clearance. Adding a spacer will further reduce the offset.

Spacers would make the offset lower and stick out more...they don't add to the offset.
