Quick, need help!!

will a 195/60/15 fit on a 15x6.5 wheel?

yes, but i would suggest using a 195/55/15 profile tire to be closer to OEM sizes.

It will fit on the wheel nicely but its .8" larger in diameter so you need to check fitment on your car. Besides a minor problem of you going almost 2 mph faster at indicated 60 its quite likely you will suffer considerably less mpg. The 195/60x15 tire heavier and the larger rolling radius will take a lot more power - gas - to get anywhere , except downhill.
