What wheels for H stock auto-x?

I have an 08 base model with the 14" steelies, and I'm thinking of getting a new set of wheels for street and race duty. i'd like to stay close to stock in size so I don't get classed out of HS in auto-cross.

Am I right that the steel wheels are sized 14"x5.5" in +45 offset?

What alloy wheels are out there that are lighter, and similar in size? I'd also like to see if I can get some aero advantage too for economy purposes. So far I'm looking at...

Civic HX wheels, seem to be same size
Civic Hybrid wheels, anyone know size info?
Insight wheels, again need size info.

I'd go with 14x6 SSR wheels at 7.5# ea and 195/55x14 Kumho V10's for autoX, assuming the SSR 14x6 wheels have an offset of 40 to 42 mm. (most grps require no more than +1/4" (6mm) increase in offset or 1/2" chg in track width). If the SSR's have an offset of 45 mm or more I'd go with adding 1/4" spacers on each wheel.
For economy 175/65 x15's or 14's seem to be best. But not performance wise.
