do rear hub caps fit front wheels?

The Enkei RPF1 rims are a pain to find and fit center caps onto. The rear really doesn't look out of place with the stock metal hub cap underneath.

However the front looks funny with the bolt and pin hanging out there and rusting a little. If I bought a couple rear hubs caps from Honda would they fit onto the front??
