Buddy Club P1 Racing SF Challenge

I am wanting to get the Buddy Club P1 Racing SF Challenge wheels for my Fit. I am going to go with the 15x6.5 and getting the Matte Black w/Red Lip. I am not sure if i should go with the 35 or 42 offset. Also with whichever offset will work best, what is the meatiest tire that would work with very little to no rubbing?

Now for suspension, i am looking at either the T1R B52 dampers or the Mugen Sports Suspension Kit. Do you have any info on these two? Im not looking to slam it, just want the best handeling possible.
