I picked up 4 rims and Michelin X-ICE tires at Costco for $744, all taxes included.
So far the nicest thing about the tires is the smoother and quieter ride than the OEM Dunlops.
As for snow, we'll have to wait and see, although I have a lot of confidence in the Michelins.
