All in all, I wouldnt run them.
Get Integra Fat5's. At least theyre 15in so you wont have to struggle to find good 14in tire sizes.
EDIT
You have a base. Id strip the paint and go back to the original silver.

Id use a chemical to strip them. Use air craft stripper, see whats under the paint.

i had 3 more pix. btw, stock wheels use stock lugnuts.
and get aircraft paint remover. but sandblasting will be way easier, and faster, and itll leave a much better surface to paint on
