black 09 sport rims

new to rims and looking for help.

what are the top brands for rims?
what is the measurements of the stock sport rims that we are currently using?
what downsides are there for buying rims? (durability?)

i like gunmetal and looking to stay at the same size i'm at right now.

I'm going thru the same process right now. The stock sport rims are 16inch X 6 inch.
If you don't mind spending money you should get some Rays, Advan or Work wheels. From the looks of it you have to stay with a +42 offset or better.
