HFP Wheel durability

I have a set of the bronze colored HFP wheels on my 2007 Fit Sport. From what I can tell, the wheels are made by Enkei. .....I think that's how you spell it....anyways, I was rotating the factory wheels in the winter and putting on the HFP's in the summer. My question is, how durable are the HFP wheels? We see a decent amount of snow and salt around here and 90% of my driving is on the highway. Has anyone had an issue with the finish on these wheels chipping or flaking off? The reason I ask is that the stock 15's need a new set of tires and the tires on the HFP's are brand new. I guess I'm just curious if it is worth it to keep swapping out the wheels.

I have a set of HFP wheels and they are pretty tough. They are painted though not powder coated. I do have a small scratch on one of them but it hasn't flaked yet.

I change out my rims. Salt will kill any rim. You can find some pretty cheap 15 inch rubber for the winter.
